The wholesome appearance, hygienic lining and strength of jute bags make them a natural choice for
delis and farm shops across the nation. Recently, our washable cotton bags – especially 10oz heavy canvas shoppers - have become very popular too.
Quality matters
When everyone in your sector has a reusable bag, yours had better stand out from the crowd. If you want your bags to sell, then they need to be well made, well designed and sharply printed. Fine food deserves a fine bag – and better bags sell faster and fetch a higher price
Cheap is not cheerful
Oh my. Have we heard some sad stories from farm shops! Tempted by rock bottom prices offered by some of our less scrupulous competitors, some have bought large quantities of jute bags that are unsaleable.
The bags are crumpled, stiff, badly printed in poor colours and sometimes even smell bad. The handles dds are itchy and break quickly. They all wished they had invested a few pennies more on a bag their customers would actually want. And they wish they had bought from us instead.
